Anyone holding or using this ticket at an Outlier Event hosted event and at its respective venues (1) assumes all risks and dangers incidental to a live, public event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including specifically (but not exclusively) the dangers of over consumption of alcohol, and (2) agrees the Kalamazoo Growlers; Kalamazoo Baseball, LLC; Outlier Events LLC; and the Northwoods League; participating clubs, staff, vendors, or any other individual or entities, should not be liable for any injuries resulting from the aforesaid causes. The holder of this ticket also agrees to allow the Kalamazoo Growlers/Outlier Events to reproduce their likeness for promotional purposes. No outside food or beverages allowed into event.
